Dr Stacey Harris
Stacey is a paediatric trainee in Wales.
She has an interest in general and community paediatrics.

Dr Assim Javaid
Currently a paediatric trainee doctor in Wales, Assim has an avid interest in neonatology, paediatric emergency medicine, research and medical education.
Outside of work you’ll most often find him at live music gigs, watching something at the RSC in Stratford-Upon-Avon, taking one of his motorbikes out for a spin or watching muay thai or MMA.

Tom is a Paediatric Trainee with an interest in PEM, simulation, medical education and clinical leadership. He is a keen cyclist but really just enjoys all sports and simply being outside. He is bloody loves podcasts and FOAMed…obvs. Any recommendations please sling them his way. 'What we don't change, we choose!"

Dr Celyn Kenny
Originally fron Llanelli and only ventured as far as hour down the M4 to settle in Cardiff. My first language is welsh and that is a big part of my identity as a paediatrician in training in Wales! I am currently working as an ST4 in NICU at the University Hospital of Wales and my interests within Paeds are that of Neonatal medicine.
Outside of the hospital I work closely with S4C, a Welsh language channel and feature on the programme Prynhawn Da as their residential children’s doctor.

Dr Alice Knight
Alice is a Paediatric Trainee in South Wales, and is proud to be from Gogledd Cymru (North Wales). Alice has a keen interest in General Paediatrics and Medical Education. She is the Paediatric Liaison Officer for CUPS (Cardiff University Paediatric Society), helping to bridge the gap between students interested in Child Health and the professional world of Paediatrics.
Outside of work, Alice loves to get out and enjoy Wales’ natural beauty, going for long walks in the mountains, along coastal paths and beaches. She also enjoys baking, crocheting and dancing, if there’s music on she’ll be boogieing along!

Welsh born & bred but I'm currently a FY3 in Neonates in Birmingham. However I'm soon to be a ST1 Paediatric Trainee in Wales (coming to a hospital near you in Sept 2020). Paediatrics has always been my passion, having set up a Paediatric Society during my time in med school and hosting a paediatric conference. Alternative descriptors graduate biologist, feminist, runner, gym goer, knitter, baker & welsh learner. @beccaydwi

I am a 3rd year medical student studying at Swansea university, having moved from Southampton. I completed my first degree in Orlando on a sports scholarship which was an amazing experience! But am now set on settling in Wales! My first placement was in community paediatrics and since then have been set on the potential of pursuing a career in paediatrics.
Outside of medicine you will find me hiking, running, swimming or pretty much anything that gets me outside!

Alex Richards
Alex is a final year medical student at Cardiff University and has a keen interest in paediatric emergency medicine, medical education and research. She is the current Vice President for the UK Aspiring Paediatricians committee and is hoping to pursue an academic career in paediatrics one day...!

Previous lives as a Medical Physics Technician and school teacher.
Currently a member of St John Ambulance Cymru, a trainee member of Western Beacons Mountain Rescue, and Community First Responder with WAST.
Medical interests are in paediatric medicine, emergency medicine, and acute medicine.
Hates the sound of his own voice.
Former rower, now a lockdown garage gym monkey wannabe.
